Return/Refund Policy

COVID-19 UPDATE: We are able to ship, but the shipping process is slower now and we can not guarantee safe delivery of your apple orders during this time frame. USPS has alerted due to limited transportation availability, package delivery times may be extended.

We take pride in complete customer satisfaction.

  • Due to the perishability factor of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns.
  • Orders can be cancelled & refunded up to 6 days before selected arrival date.
  • We do offer refunds for orders that were not shipped three days prior to your “selected calendar date” which would make the order late and not able to be used. We do not offer refunds if your package was shipped on time and was lost/ or delivered late by the shipping carrier that you selected at checkout. ( PLEASE READ OUR SHIPPING POLICY) Depending on the case a full or partial refund will be given.  It is up to our judgement.
